Pizza & Coffee
From our kitchen in Walsingham we serve fresh stone-baked sourdough Neapolitan-style pizza (take-away & delivery) along with barista coffee.
Watch this space over the summer as we add fairy lights, beer and fun to our outside dining space.
We also do frozen bases for retail and trade.
Cakes & Classes
There is always a need for something sweet! Birthdays, weddings, christenings - no matter the occasion we have the right cake for you.
We also offer cake decorating demonstrations with our very own British Sugarcraft Guild accredited demonstrator. with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We offer classes for 8 people upwards, at home or one of our venues.
Having grown up in Germany Chef Alex is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School, Paris, training under some of France’s top chefs.
Alex worked at double AA Rosette wining Rufflets in St Andrews, Scotland, various high-end kitchens in London, before setting up Supperclub.tube, a multi-course dining event on an old London tube carriage.
Over the years, Alex has catered for everything from large regimental dinners, youth festivals as well as intimate private dinners for smaller groups. Alex loves pioneering new ways to bring great people around the table over great food and wine in quirky locations. His food is heavily influenced by Scandinavian flavours, characterised by home-smoked and cured produce, delivered in Bistro-style presentation.
Our cake and sugarcraft front is led by Alex' mum, Christina. She attended the Cordon Bleu School in London following this up later with courses with Paddi Clark and Eddie Spence MBE, well-known figures in the world of sugarcraft.
For ten years Christina has been an Accredited Demonstrator and Tutor for Patchwork Cutters, particularly useful and multi-faceted cutters for sugarcrafters. On returning to the UK, after over 26 years in Germany, she has been an Accredited Demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild.
