Originally founded by Alex Cooper, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School in Paris who lefts his mark in London's vibrant food scene turning and old tube carriage into a supper club, Smoke & Samphire connects discerning diners in North Norfolk with an array of great private chefs for any occasions.


Smoke & Samphire is a fierce the supporter of the hospitality industry which has had its fair share of challenges in recent years.That's why we're here to support your culinary aspirations, whether it's opening your own restaurant, café, or catering business.
